Terms of Delivery :

We only accept cash on delivery and credit card payment.

Note: Pre-payment orders are also possible:

To do so, simply give us your order, we will make it ready for delivery, mail the invoice and our account number to you and process your order as soon as we receive payment. In case of pre-payment orders the postage charge will be only 4.40. That also applies for credit card payment.
Delivery Charges :

* The delivery charge within Austria will be 7,30 .

For deliveries to other countries of the EU the charge will be 8,80 . We effect deliveries within the EU only (except to Switzerland)

If you spend more than 150. - , your order will be delivered free of charge. Note: In case of payment by credit card or pre-payment the postage charge
will be only 4.40 !

*Due to an increase in postage charges we have had to increase our delivery charges as well to stay close to a break even position. However, you can save money paying by credit card or pre-payment.

Credit Cards :

We accept VISA and MasterCard

Credit Entry : If your order is over 100, - an amount of 5, - will be passed to your credit (if you spend more than 200, - ,you will receive a credit of 10, - etc..) The credit will then be taken off the invoice at your next order. (There is no time limit)
Complaints : If for any reason you are not happy with any product you have purchased from Metal Shop (e.g. if product is faulty or the size is wrong), you may return it within 7 days from the date of receiving it and it will be exchanged immediately.
If an item is not in stock, you will receive a credit note for it.
Note!!! The faulty item(s) have to be returned at your own expense. We will not accept any returns that are not stamped or understamped.
The postage charge will be repaid in form of a credit note.
Delivery Schedule : Your goods will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually within a week. In case of delay we will call or email you, so don’t forget to give us your address or phone number.
