You can pay with Credit card, prepayment, or cash on delivery
Delivery Charges:
The delivery charge within Austria will be € 5,50 .+ € 4 - Delivery Charges
For deliveries to other countries of the EU the charge will be € 10,50 .
We effect deliveries within Europa only.
If you spend more than € 150. - , your order will be delivered free of charge.
Terms of payment:
We accept PayPal, VISA, MasterCard and Maestro.
You also can pay with Bank transfer.
Credit Entry:
If your order is over € 100, - an amount of € 5, - will be passed to your credit
(if you spend more than € 200, - ,you will receive a credit of € 10, - etc..)
The credit will then be taken off the invoice at your next order. (There is no time limit)
Complaints:
If for any reason you are not happy with any product you have purchased from Metal Shop
(e.g. if product is faulty or the size is wrong), you may return it within 7 days
from the date of receiving it and it will be exchanged immediately.
If an item is not in stock, you will receive a credit note for it.
Note!!!
The faulty item(s) have to be returned at your own expense.
We will not accept any returns that are not stamped or understamped.
The postage charge will be repaid in form of a credit note.
Delivery Schedule:
Your goods will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually within a week.
In case of delay we will call or email you, so don’t forget to give us your address or phone number.
