1. Scope of application
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop.

2. Contracting party, conclusion of contract
The purchase contract comes about with Metal-Shop.

By placing the products in the online shop, we submit a binding offer to conclude the contract. You can initially place our products without obligation into the shopping basket and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the corrective aids provided for this purpose in the order process. The contract comes about by accepting the offer via the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

3. Contract language, contract renewal
The languages available for the contract are German and English.
We store the contract text and send you the order data and our general terms and conditions by e-mail. You can also read the terms and conditions on this page at any time. You can view your past orders in our customer login.

4. Terms of delivery
In addition to the indicated product prices are still shipping costs. You can find out more about the amount of the shipping costs in the offers.
We deliver only by mail. Unfortunately, a self collection of the product is not possible.
We do not deliver to packing stations.

5. Payment
The following payment methods are available in our shop:

Cash on Delivery
You pay the purchase price directly to the deliverer. It costs plus 4.5 Euro as costs.

PayPal
In the ordering process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal.
In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register,
authenticate with your access data and confirm payment instructions to us. After placing the order in the shop,
we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. You'll get more information during the ordering process.

The payment transaction is automatically carried out by PayPal immediately afterwards.

Klarna
In the ordering process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Klarna.
In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via Klarna, you don´t have to be be registered.
After placing the order in the shop, we request Klarna l to initiate the payment transaction.
You'll get more information during the ordering process.
The payment transaction is automatically carried out by Klarna immediately afterwards.

6. Proprietary reservation
The goods remain our property until full payment.

7. Warranty and Guarantees
The statutory right of defect shall apply.

8. Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS),
which can be found here http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
We are not obligated or unwilling to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a non-fulfillment office.

Right of withdrawal:
We guarantee that the goods delivered by us are free from manufacturing and material defects .
Customers who are consumers in their respective countries of residence within the meaning of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act or similar legislation may withdraw from a distance contract concluded within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of delivery of the goods ordered .
It is sufficient if the notice of withdrawal within the time without giving reasons is sent . Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays include the calculation of the time limit . But there are in any case 7 working days ( excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) to answer .
In case of withdrawal, a full or partial refund of the purchase price will only train to train with the return of the goods received by the buyer .
Goods should be returned unused and in as new condition . For items that are damaged by signs , unless these are not the result of normal intended use , an appropriate charge for the impairment is collected by us . The same applies if returned goods are missing accessories or parts .

Returning costs :
The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.
If the goods are returned unpaid , we are entitled to further offset by the amount of mail to us
up to 12, - € withhold or to charge (postage charges vary between 10, - and 12 , - Euros , but we are verifiable at all times ) .
In case of further the delivery of the customer is requested to contact us as this represents a significant overhead for us.
In this case also applies to return the item to us FREE ,
but it will still share the postage of returning in the amount of at least EUR 5, - passed on to the customer .

If the goods are returned unpaid contrary to these provisions , we are entitled to retain or to charge an equivalent amount.
In case of further the delivery of the customer is requested to contact us as this represents a significant overhead for us.
In this case, the same rules apply , but it will still share the postal charges of returning in the amount of EUR 10, - passed on to the customer .

All data necessary for the processing of orders and requests are stored in our computer system . This information will not be disclosed to third parties .

The Customer agrees that the following personal data, namely its billing and shipping address and login credentials
( Login and password) for the purpose of further visits in the shop are processed.

Retention of title:
The goods remain our property until full payment .
