Shipping & Returns

We accept PayPal, Klarna  and prepayment (cash on delivery only in Austria).
We recommend Shipping by prepayment or PayPal, because it´s the cheapest way, especially
for foreign customers, the Postoffice in germany for example,
 requires additionally a fee.


Shipping fees:
For costumers within Austria the postal charges are €  7,95 (+ € 5.50 if you choose cash on delivery)

For customers outside Austria the postal charges are  € 8.90.

Please understand that we can send by cash on delivery only within Austria. We ask all our customers outside Austria to pay by bank transfer, PayPal or prepayment.
 
Over a purchase of € 60 in Austria and Germany, we will send the goods without shipping costs.

Delivery time:
We will deliver as soon as possible (dispatched within one week ) if the goods are in stock. If the dispatch takes longer time - for example when the ordered product is currently not in stock, we will contact you by phone or by e-mail (please don´t forget specify your phone number or e-mail address )
